 Owner Dan Carter has spent over 20 years installing and maintaining fireplaces, chimneys, wood stoves, and gas logs. He’s seen it all. Dan founded Hearth & Stove with the desire to use his knowledge and experience to bring the joy of a stove or fireplace to more families in Philly and the Greater Philadelphia Region. He is also the ONLY Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA) certified technician in Philadelphia, PA, and is accredited by: the Hearth, Patio and Barbecue Association (HPBA), Certified Chimney Sweep, National Chimney Sweep Guild (NCSG) and the National Fireplace Institute (NFI).
