New & ONgoing Hearth & Stove Protocols

Nothing  is  more  important  to  us  than  the  health  &  safety  of  our  customers  and  our  staff.    In order to  maintain  operations  and  continue  providing  our  customers  with  high-quality  services  and  repairs ,  Hearth  &  Stove  has  made  some  operational  adjustments  and  implemented  the  following  practices  for  the  foreseeable  future:


  • All of our office personnel are working from home and will be able to maintain communications with customers and technicians via email and phone
  • All staff has been instructed to limit travel to what is essential
  • Service technicians in the field will practice social distancing and maintain 6ft between themselves and the customer
  • Our servicing vans are equipped with hand sanitizer in the event that our techs are not able to access  soap and  water.    Our  techs  will  be  sanitizing  or  washing  their  hands  in  accordance  to  CDC  guidelines  before  &  after  each  appointment
  • Service  technicians  are  thoroughly  sanitizing  tools  between  appointments
  • Service  technicians  have  been  instructed  to  stay  home  if  they  feel  unwell
